Jamie Trapp
Trapp & Geller Personal Injury Trial Lawyers
Within five years after graduating from law school, Jamie had obtained verdicts and settlements that were widely reported in Chicago and national news publications. Recently, he achieved a $12,000,000.00 settlement for a family and mother of a newborn, where during labor, the hospital and doctors gave the woman the drug, Pitocin in a manner which was against the hospital’s safety policies. The administration of the Pitocin caused severe problems for the newborn. The settlement will provide for lifelong care for the newborn and family. In another case which went to trial, Mr. Trapp negotiated a settlement during trial for $8,000,000.00 for a woman given the wrong medication in an emergency room of a local hospital. At the beginning of another recent trial, he settled with a hospital and physician for $10,000,000.00 for injuries to a newborn infant.
