Mr. Chassaniol began his legal career as a State Prosecuting Attorney. This is where he learned how the side of law enforcement prepares a case to be prosecuted. He gained valuable experience preparing cases and trial work. However, he could not escape his desire to defend the accused.

Mr. Chassaniol began the second phase of his career focusing on criminal defense in St. Charles County and the surrounding Counties. He continues to aggressively represent the accused with compassion and preparation.

Beginning in 2015, Mr. Chassaniol has a partnership in the firm of Chassaniol and Marty. He remains focused on Criminal Defense and his firm represents individuals harmed in accidents and in the work place. It is very important that the people of our community continue to have quality representation in challenging times.

Besides his work in his Law Firm, Mr. Chassaniol sits as a Municipal Judge in O’Fallon, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis and Winfield. This area of his practice gives him a different view of the legal system and he enjoys serving these communities.
