Frederick J. Murphy, Jr.

 For 30 years, Frederick Murphy has worked in the area of city, county, and local government law. He is even Board Certified in this area of law by the Florida Bar. Mr. Murphy’s experience extends to the public arena, where he is currently serving as Assistant School Board Attorney for Polk County. He has previously served as City Attorney for Lake Alfred, Dundee, and Winter Haven, and from 1989-2007, he served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bartow.

Mr. Murphy has earned an A.V. Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, being recognized by his peers as an exceptional attorney. He has served on various boards for local organizations, such as Bartow Chamber of Commerce, Polk Association Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Florida Development Council. In addition to government law, Mr. Murphy handles cases involving real estate and personal injury.
