For over ten years, Ian Pancer has been a licensed California attorney with offices in downtown San Diego. From 2015-2017, he was on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association. He is among the select few (less than 2.5 percent of attorneys) who have been named a Super Lawyers rising star. His presentations to fellow attorneys have been approved as continuing legal education credits required by the California State Bar. He has guest lectured at San Diego’s Thomas Jefferson School of Law – Institute for Solo Practitioners. Additional awards he has received include a 10 rating on avvo.com, a “10 Best” rating by the American Institute of Legal Counsel, a Lead Counsel Rating and selection for The National Trial Lawyers top 100 list.

As a California licensed attorney, he is entitled to practice in Superior Courts throughout the State of California, and has handled cases throughout the state. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Born and raised in San Diego, he left to attend college at the University of California Santa Barbara as a Regents Scholar. His law degree is from the University of San Diego School of Law, and he has maintained offices in downtown San Diego for over ten years.
