He is the author of Washington Taxes: Representing Taxpayers Before the Washington State Department of Revenue, and is an Adjunct Professor of Taxation at Golden Gate University Graduate School in Seattle.

Martin is a graduate of Columbia University and New York University School of Law, from which he also received NYU Law’s prestigious LLM in Tax Law. He has practiced in Seattle since the early 1980’s and is rated “av” by Martindale-Hubbell, the nation’s leading legal directory.
