Our firm is a business litigation boutique with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Frequently we serve as local counsel for businesses engaged in disputes in Arkansas and the Eighth Circuit. Our clients range from small businesses to major international companies. Along with litigation, I am responsible for trademark and copyright registrations, as well as intellectual property licensing transactions. I am also an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law teaching upper level courses in intellectual property.
