I have significant experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts, including drug delivery systems and formulations, as well as compound per se. I also counsel clients on issues regarding Internet and technology law, and provide patentability and right-to-use opinions. My patent prosecution experience includes domestic and international applications, including PCT. My litigation experience includes mediation, arbitration, bench trial and extensive motion and deposition practice. I am licensed to practice law in Missouri and before the U.S. patent and trademark office, as well as before the Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
