In the area of Immigration Law, I represent individuals bringing family members into the United States on fiance visas (K-1) or based on marriage.  I also help people who wish to bring siblings or sons or daughters to the United States.  I represent small businesses who wish to transfer employees here or sponsor people on H-1B visas.

I represent clients in Immigration Court in removal proceedings.  I also help people apply for political asylum and represent people applying for citizenship.

In the area of Social Security Disabiltiy law, I help people apply for Disability at all stages of review, from the initial application, at the hearing in front of the Administrative Law Judge and on appeal at the federal court if necessary.
