I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, but obtained a Texas-based education from the University of Texas at Austin, where I received my bachelor’s degree in Economics and English in 1999; from the University of Houston Law Center, where I received a Doctor of Jurisprudence/Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2005; and most recently, from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, where I received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2015.
Since 2006, I’ve been successful in assisting clients build wealth through effective business planning, develop all-inclusive estate plans, and minimize tax liabilities through my Texas-based firm, Griffin Law Firm, PLLC, in Houston. I have recently expanded my practice to include commercial real estate law, including property tax valuation litigation services, and estate planning malpractice.
At Griffin Law Firm, PLLC, we understand that being versed in only the law isn’t enough, which is why we constantly seek knowledge on other subjects, industries, and disciplines to bring a new and fresh perspective to our practice. We take pride in our ability to serve our clients’ needs, regardless of how simple or complex.
I am licensed to provide legal services to individuals and families across the state of Texas. In addition, I speak three different languages, including English, French, and Russian, and am a current member of the following professional associations:
