Dicembre & Nace

Anton J. Nace was born in Orlando and raised in Maitland over the course of his childhood and young adult life.  After leaving central Florida to further his education, attending both Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, followed by law school at the University of Florida’s Frederic G. Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, Mr. Nace ultimately returned to the central Florida community and has now called it home for more than 28 years of his life.

While attending Furman University, Mr. Nace excelled in various liberal arts studies, the diversity of which paved the way for his interest in law.  After obtaining a Bachelor of the Arts degree with a major in English, Mr. Nace furthered his education at The University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Nace began to develop his appreciation for trial-related work, and ultimately found that the field of criminal law best suited his desire to litigate in the courtroom.  Mr. Nace earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 1999.

After passing the Bar, Mr. Nace began his career with the Office of the State Attorney, handling a wide variety of criminal cases which included traffic related offenses, juvenile cases, misdemeanors, felonies, and sex crimes, all of which afforded him the opportunity to gain comfort and experience with the courtroom setting. Upon learning how the State Attorney’s office generally operates, and how they attempt to prosecute their cases, Mr. Nace took that knowledge into private practice to better serve and ultimately defend the rights of the accused.

In 2003, Mr. Nace left the State Attorney’s Office and began private practice as Nace and Consalo, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Nace practiced exclusively in the field of criminal defense, earning a reputation for detail oriented work and attentive client care. Always one to show complete preparation when in court, Mr. Nace’s work product was noticed by Michael D. Dicembre who ultimately proposed that their respective offices join. In the spring of 2007, Mr. Nace ultimately joined Mr. Dicembre to form Dicembre, Nace and Consalo as a partner, and continues to practice solely criminal defense. You may contact Mr. Nace at any time to discuss your pending criminal matter as his initial consultations are free of charge. Mr. Nace looks forward to being of assistance to you.
