Cohn Legal Group is a boutique law firm that specializes in Start-Up Law, Entertainment Law, Sports law, and Business Law.  CLG was born as an auxiliary branch of Howard M. Cohn & Associates, an international Intellectual Property firm that has provided legal protection to some of the biggest technology companies in the universe.  Cohn Legal Group has since devoted its energies to servicing clients in New York City and the Tri-State area, while still offering legal counsel to CLG’s roots in NorthEast Ohio.
