On the employment side I can help you deal with employees, write handbooks and procedures, advise you on company policy and provide presentations to your staff to make sure you are keeping up with the law.
I also litigate cases in federal and state courts and before the Labor Commissioner.
I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science. In 2005, I completed a study abroad program where I studied International Business Law at Nanterre University in Paris. I received my law degree from Santa Clara University in 2006.
As a business owner, I know the challenges businesses face in a difficult economy. Because of this, I work very closely with my clients assuring the services provided are cost effective and within their budget.
