Casey Shomo

Casey D. Shomo is the managing partner of the law offices of Casey D. Shomo, P.A. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Mr. Shomo specializes in the representation of individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.  He has extensive litigation and trial experience in complex cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse and other complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.  As a solo practitioner with highly experienced staff, paralegals, nurse paralegals and investigators, Mr. Shomo is personally responsible with each claim from start to finish.  He provides the personal attention for every client with the staff and resources commensurate with any large firm in Palm Beach County, Florida.  With this experience, he provides each of his clients the expertise and focus to resolve their case in a prompt and efficient manner in the full measure of justice; justice for all one client at a time.

Mr. Shomo was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Florida.  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree with honors cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Mr. Shomo is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum® – an honor held by less than one percent of attorneys who practice in America today.  This membership is one of the most prestigious groups of trial attorneys and litigation attorneys in the United States, and membership in the Forums is limited to attorneys who have won million or multimillion dollar settlements for their clients.  As members of both Forums, Mr. Shomo has demonstrated the ability to handle extremely complex legal matters with superior results.
