Jonathan Pollard is a trial lawyer and litigator who focuses his practice on defending non-compete and trade secret claims. Jonathan routinely represents doctors, corporate executives and other high level employees who are switching companies, or, who have started their own ventures. In addition, Jonathan has a broad background in commercial litigation, generally. He has extensive experience litigating federal securities fraud claims under Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act and prosecuting and defending antitrust claims under the Sherman Act. He also has litigated claims under the Lanham Act, the Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”) in addition to significant experience litigating routine common law claims such as negligence, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. Prior to establishing his own practice, Jonathan spent three years at the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner.
