 I have practiced law for more than 20 years.  My law practice is limited to two areas: Probate Administrtion at the D.C. Superior Court in the District of Columbia; and Federal Securities Law. In the probate area, I file petitions and administer the estates: large or small; simple or complex.  I file the accounting reports and the other document required under the applicable probate rules and regulations.  I can also serve as trustee for private companes, foundations and high networth individuals.  In the Securities area, I work with companies that desire to "go public" using the traditional approach or via reverse merger.I work with publicly traded companies , whether in the context of private placements or meeting thier federally imposed reporting obligations.  In light of the new "crowd fuding rules" and Rule 506c, I can assist clients with  capital formation only in terms of the legal work with hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capitalists.  As circumstnaces warrant, I can create offshore companies in various parts of the world for cleints.  I have traveled extensively in England, Switzerland, West Africa, Germany and throughout the Caribbean in connection with my metals business.
