Firm Partner Patrick Wandres earned his bachelor of arts in Letters at the University of Oklahoma, and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He also holds a French language Certificate from the Université de Nice – Sophia Antipolis in France. While attending law school, Patrick served as Justice of the international legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. He was also a Stephenson scholar and a Member of the American Indian Law Review. His article, “Indian Land Claims: Sherrill and the Impending Legacy of the Doctrine of Laches,” was published in the American Indian Law Review in 2006. An Eagle Scout and native Tulsan, Patrick returned to Tulsa after graduating law school and practiced with several law firms before forming Wandres Law.
Patrick and his wife Brandy have three sons, William, Andrew, and Charles. Patrick is admitted to practice before all trial courts and all federal district courts in the State of Oklahoma. He handles all types of litigation, but focuses the majority of his practice on representing plaintiffs with claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, complex business litigation, estate planning, and personal injury.
