Each client will have direct contact with me starting with intake and at every meeting or court appearance. My goal is to represent each client zealously to either resolve the matter through reasoned, goal-oriented negotiations or, if necessary, with court intervention and litigation.

I work hard to amicably resolve each case with a negotiated settlement, recognizing and respecting that divorce and other family law-related issues take both a financial and emotional toll on a client and the family. However, whether the matter is settled out of court or not, each client is assured of assertive, knowledgeable and well prepared representation by me in any settlement conference, court proceeding, motion practice or trial.
