Joe is a civil trial attorney with over two and a half decades of experience in handling civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense. Joe is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, before the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Joe represents businesses, families, and individuals in an array of litigation matters ranging from business divorces, partnerships issues, contractual disputes, collections, insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, and a diverse host of other litigation matters. Joe works diligently, aggressively, and relentlessly to not only advance resolution amicably and cost-efficiently, but also strives to keep his clients out of the courtroom and save them money and aggravation by utilizing effectively discovery, motions, technology, and alternative dispute resolution(eg mediation). And when adverse parties are unreasonable forcing Joe’s clients to take their issues to judges and juries, it’s about making it count and sending a very clear message.

Joe has been a longtime volunteer at Lovejoy Elementary School, Sloan Creek Middle School, and Lovejoy High School, and has been an active supporter at the new Lovejoy High School, boosting both educational and sports programs and facilities. Joe considers himself to be blessed beyond words through his marriage of 20 years to his wife Jill, and through his role as a father to their three sons, Jake the “Snake,” “Action” Jackson, Justice “Chochy,” and their one daughter, Jessica “Dolla.” Most of Joe’s spare time is spent on his favorite passion, his family, especially watching their older two boys play collegiate baseball, their third son play high school football and basketball, and their daughter in her music and dance concerts. In addition, Joe enjoys travel with his wife, working out, great food, the beach, and the mountains.
