I am a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer with 20 years of experience. I am a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. I was also recently named to the 2013 Top 100 Trial Lawyers. I also a previously served a three-year appointment to the Criminal Justice Association’s panel of defense attorneys for federal criminal matters in the Eastern District of New York. I am admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

I have concentrated my practice in litigation. Specifically, criminal and driving under the influence defense as well as plaintiff's personal injury matters. I began my practice in 1994 and it has grown considerably. Today, the firm has five attorneys and a support staff of 9. Our firm is one of the busiest criminal firms in Suffolk County.
