Keith Starlin

Keith Starlin was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 1999. He attended the State University of New York at Albany, and then attended Albany Law School, where he earned his law degree in 1998, graduating with honors.
While at Albany Law School, Keith was a member of the Albany Law School Moot Court Board. He was also a member of the Albany Law School evidence appellate competition team, which advanced to the octofinals of the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence national moot court competition. Keith participated in the 1996 Domenick L. Gabrielli appellate advocacy competition at Albany Law School, in which he advanced to the semi-final round, co-won the award for "Best Brief" and won the award for the competition's "Best Individual Advocate." Keith was then Chairman of Albany Law School's 1997 Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. While at Albany Law School, Keith also won the Judge David A. Wanger Memorial Award for Best Individual Advocate of the class of 1998 and the Robert A. Barker Award for outstanding service to the moot court program.
Since graduating from Albany Law School, Keith has remained active in assisting its moot court program, and in 2000, he won the Gabrielli Memorial Award for outstanding service and dedication by a legal professional to promoting the principles, practices and objectives of the Albany Law School Moot Court Program.
Keith has been working in personal injury law since 1998, and prior to joining Martin, Harding & Mazzotti LLP ®, he worked at an insurance defense law firm, an experience that gave him important insight into the workings and tactics of insurance companies in regard to personal injury claims. He joined Martin, Harding & Mazzotti in 2001.
Keith is a board member for the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
