I represent public employees at their administrative hearings and appeals, civil service commission hearings and appeals and at Skelly hearings.  We also represent public entity employees on those matters not otherwise covered by the Union's agreements with the employer.  These other claims include discrimination, harassment, and FMLA and ADA issues.

My office also represents employees employed at private companies and colleges in all matters connected to their employment including: employment agreements, severance agreements, termination and leave issues, reasonable accommodations for disabilities, and discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues.

Although I have a litigation practice, my office's goal is to resolve the employee's disputes without the need of protracted and costly litigation.  Toward that end, we assist employees in reaching an amicable resolution of their employment disputes.
