For more than 35 years Joe Breshears' primary mission has been to enable as many Texans as possible to use the law to take control over their future, before it is too late to plan. In service to countless clients, Breshears Law has provided:

• Elder Law (Medicaid) Planning through the strategic use of asset protection trust planning. These specially designed trusts remove property from our clients' estates that would otherwise prevent our clients from obtaining Medicaid assistance to cover the high (and rising) cost of long-term care, so that our clients' assets can be used by their families to provide things for them that Medicaid won't - making their lives richer, even when long-term care may be necessary.
