Richard Hale

Richard O. Hale is a founding partner at Hale & Hale, P.A. Based in Orlando, FL, Richard focuses on personal injury and Orlando criminal defense cases. He is dedicated to defending the futures of men, women, and youth in the state of Florida.

With nearly a decade of legal experience in Florida, Richard hale has helped many individuals in his community obtain the compensation and recognition that they deserve after an injury. He later joined his wife's practice in Orlando Florida, where he also takes on select criminal defense cases. This includes:

His topic was "A Guide to Florida's DUI Laws", where he helped his colleagues better understand the nuance of Florida's drunk driving statutes. Richard is also Legal Adviser for Hailey's Hopes and Hugs Foundation and is passionate about contributing back to the local community.
