Current national case: Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America hired an attorney from Anaheim CA, to
engage in foreclosure on a property in Northern CA. (see link above for some details)
After over 5 years, essentially the bank attorney committed numerous egregious actions amounting to subterfuge on the courts
and the case involves all of the following-- mortgage/banking law, animal law, bankruptcy law, civil issues and
criminal law issues, receivership. When an illegal seizure is procured improperly under CA law, which involves
animals or livestock, and this is allowed to never be addressed properly, with continuous deprivations of property
without any hearing or opposition, we have a huge problem. Especially when the bank attorney did it on purpose
and failed to set up an actual judicial foreclosure. The bank attorney also treated a rents and profits "receiver" as
an equity receiver and not only excised owner from residence without eviction, but from his own personal property
and everything he owned.
