David W. Krumsiek is the Managing Partner of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP. He has practiced law in the Greater Boston area for nearly twenty years, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School. David’s practice focuses on business transactions, real estate, land use and zoning, civil litigation (including business litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death and landlord-tenant matters), employment law (including wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, ERISA claims, severance and executive compensation), and corporate law.
David has considerable experience litigating cases in the Massachusetts Superior, District, Housing and Land Courts, the United States District Court, and administrative hearings such as those of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly National Association of Securities Dealers). He has taken over fifty cases to verdict, and participated in dozens of arbitrations and mediations in alternative dispute resolution forums. He has argued numerous appeals in the Federal and State Appellate Courts as well.
David also has a wide range of experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing individual and corporate real estate investors, mortgage brokerage firms and lending institutions in the conveyance and financing of property all over the Commonwealth. Additionally, he has advanced and argued numerous petitions on behalf of large hotel, retail, and restaurant clients in connection with zoning, licensing and permitting matters, both at the state and municipal levels.
