Brandy Baxter-Thompson

Bringing nearly twenty years’ experience to the table, Brandy established Baxter-Thompson Law, PLLC to help clients with inheritance disputes, including will contests, trust matters, and cases where fiduciaries fail to act according to their fiduciary duties. She is passionate about her work and genuinely loves helping clients through what is, for them, a difficult time – she makes it easier by providing sound advice in language clients understand.

Brandy is the author or co-author of multiple articles and presentations of legal education programs for the estate, trust and probate law community. She has given presentations on estate and trust law throughout the State of Texas and most recently in Hawaii at the Hawaii Tax Institute where she spoke on Attacking and Defending Trustees.
