Kaveh Mostafavi

Kaveh Mostafavi has spent his entire legal career representing Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy debtors achieve financial freedom. After years at a large bankruptcy firm, Kaveh realized his clients deserved greater personal service and education of the laws. Kaveh entered private practice to ensure clients receive the most proficient, cost-effective service. Kaveh’s pursuit of professionalism has established him as one of the most respected bankruptcy attorneys in Arizona.

Kaveh is a guest speaker at numerous CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) events advising realtors and the public on the legal issues regarding loan modifications, foreclosures and shorts sales as they relate to bankruptcy. Kaveh’s sincerity and knowledge of the laws has earned him the trust of hundreds of Phoenix realtors.

Kaveh is a volunteer attorney at the Federal Bankruptcy Court’s self-help center. Kaveh advises pro-se debtors on Federal and State Bankruptcy laws and procedures. He also volunteers for Federal Bankruptcy Judge Curley’s reaffirmation workshop, helping pro-se debtor’s successfully negotiate and complete reaffirmation agreements.

Kaveh Mostafavi is of Iranian decent and grew up in Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa earning a Bachelor of Science degree, and Drake University School of Law. Kaveh relocated to the Valley with his brother Homan, a Gilbert physician. Kaveh is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Solo Practitioner’s and Small Firm section and Bankruptcy section of the State Bar, and the Young Lawyer’s Division.
