NY LABOR § 658. Appeals from compliance orders

An appeal pursuant to or of this chapter from an order issued by the commissioner directing compliance with any provision of this article or with any minimum wage order or regulation promulgated thereunder, shall not bring under review any minimum wage order or regulation promulgated under this article.  The provisions of relating to appeals from determinations of the board and the provisions of through shall apply to an appeal from a compliance order.
