NY INS § 2614. Discrimination because of past lawful travel

No insurer or entity authorized to offer the kinds of insurance specified in , or of this chapter, nor any agent, officer or employee of such insurer or entity shall make any distinction or otherwise discriminate between persons, reject an applicant, cancel a policy or demand or require a higher rate of premium for reasons associated with an applicant's or insured's past lawful travel experiences.
