Each nominee member listed in subdivision (a) of Section 7150 shall appoint to membership on this committee voters as follows: (a) Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Treasurer, Controller, Attorney General, Secretary of State, United States Senators from California, members of the State Board of Equalization, and Senators shall each appoint three voters, at least two of whom shall be of the opposite sex. (b) Representatives of Congress from California and Members of the Assembly shall each appoint two voters, at least one of whom shall be of the opposite sex. All appointments made pursuant to this section shall be absolute.
