(a) Each school district or county superintendent of schools providing services in summer school programs for adults with disabilities in the 1977-78 school year shall continue in the 1980-81 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter to offer these programs. (b) A school district or county superintendent of schools receiving apportionments from Section A of the State School Fund shall offer summer programs for graduating high school seniors in need of courses for graduation.
