(a) This title does not supersede the Oil and Gas Lien Act, Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 1203.50), Title 4, Part 3, of the Code of Civil Procedure, and the provisions of that act shall govern those transactions to which it applies rather than the provisions of this title. (b) This title does not supersede Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 5290), Part 3, Division 7, of the Streets and Highways Code, and the provisions of that chapter shall govern those transactions to which it applies rather than the provisions of this title.
