California Business And Professions Code Section 4980.38

(a) Each educational institution preparing applicants to qualify for licensure shall notify each of its students by means of its public documents or otherwise in writing that its degree program is designed to meet the requirements of Sections 4980.37 and 4980.40, and shall certify to the board that it has so notified its students. (b) In addition to all of the other requirements for licensure, each applicant shall submit to the board a certification by the chief academic officer, or his or her designee, of the applicant`s educational institution that the applicant has fulfilled the requirements enumerated in Sections 4980.37 and 4980.40, and subdivisions (d) and (e) of Section 4980.41.
