If you receive a structured settlement before getting married, can you lose it in a divorce?

In 2006, I was involved in a car accident and after filing a lawsuit received a settlement in which I receive large payments twice a year. I got married in 2010 and now want to file a divorce. Is my settlement protected or is it in danger of being taken?
