my uncle took my money when my mom died and kicked me out at age 14. can I sue him?

My mother died 30 plus years ago but I only know have 3 documents concerning her. Her brother 2 was in charge of everything her will etc and I just today found out she was cremated and the place that was done just got sued for mis handling the people the same time they had my mother. They wont tell me if there was a will they wont tell me anything. I lived on the street at age 14 so where did my mothers money, and property go? Who can i sue? Plus cps used a big portion of her social security to pay for foster homes that I did not live in, what or where do i start
