Can I be excluded from my husbands residence when he lives with his mother.

My husband and I have been married for 16 years and 6 years ago we had to leave our job as a team manager so he could care for his elderly parents. I have not been allowed to live there due to a mother in law issue. There has been no domestic violence. The problem started when the mother in law started taking Oxycontin. I have been struggling to keep a roof over my head when my spouse has no problems since he is supported by his mom. What are my rights when my marriage is still workable and I love my husband?
