can a manager of a company coax an employee to put him on his land deed knowing that there is a code of conduct stating that an employer may not force an employee to turn over any personal documents ?

example a person lived with his mother for 50 years the mother gets very ill has to go in to the nursing home this person is forced to move from his home at the same time his brother falls ill and is in the hospital the persons manager sees that he is in a bad stage in life and takes advantage of him and coaxes to put him on his deed shortly after this person {{manager}} falls out of his own tree stand that he set up on his employees hunting land I really could use some help on this one
