D. Bryan Garcia received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley, and his J.D. from U.C. Hastings. Mr. Garcia has specialized in civil trial practice since graduating and passing the California Bar exam in 2001, the Arizona Bar in 2005 and the Nevada Bar exam in 2005. Mr. Garcia currently holds a position as the Los Angeles representative of the State Bar of California, California Young Lawyers Association.
Before joining the team at Biren Katzman, Mr. Garcia focused his practice to the area of elder abuse law, and had been involved in the successful litigation of in excess of 60 elder and dependent adult abuse cases resulting in the recovery of approximately $15 million dollars for his clients. Mr. Garcia was also involved in class actions involving nursing homes that failed to meet the state mandatory minimum hour requirements which also resolved in favor of the Plaintiff. Mr. Garcia has joined Biren Katzman to continue advocating the rights of consumer in a broader spectrum than merely elder abuse.
