Ruth C. Rhodes, Esq. is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, as well as the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Litigation, Foreclosure Defense, Business, Employment, Wages & Overtime, Wills & Trusts, Probate, and Guardianship. Ms. Rhodes graduated Valedictorian, Magna Cum Laude, Florida A&M University College of Law, Juris doctor, 2006. While in law school, she was a member of the Estate Planning and Taxation Club, Criminal Justice Club, Moot Court Client Counseling competitor at the state level, and the Florida A&M University Law Review 2004-2006, and was awarded with the City, County and Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar, Outstanding Local Government Law School Student Award, 2006. Ms. Rhodes graduated with honors in 2006 from Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico with a B.S. in Administration of Justice and a minor in Political Science. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she was awarded with the Outstanding Administration of Justice Student, 1996, and listed in the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, 1996. She graduated with honors in 1992 from Keiser College of Technology in Melbourne, Florida with an A.S. in Paralegal Studies, and she graduated in 1986 from Melbourne High School in Melbourne, Florida.
