David’s prior experience includes:

WebEx Communications, Inc., including taking the company public in 2000, serving as its general counsel for 7 years as a public company listed on NASDAQ, managing the company’s M&A activity and strategic transactions, and selling the company to Cisco Systems, Inc. in 2007.  David continues to advise and represent Cisco/WebEx at Techdeal.com.

Partner, Skjerven, Morrill, Macpherson.  David was the head of the Business Group at Skjerven, Morrill, which at the time was the largest law firm in San Jose, California, capital of Silicon Valley.  David specialized in technology development, distribution and licensing and corporate transactions.

Apple, Inc.  David held a variety of senior positions including managing legal support for Apple’s worldwide sales and marketing organizations, managing the Technology Law Group and leading several strategic corporate development initiatives.

David has also represented technology companies for some of the world’s leading law firms, including Ware & Friedenrich, which merged into DLA Piper and Pillsbury Winthrop.
