Stephen Mosca

I am a former aerospace structural design engineer who came to the law after a 20 year career working on America's military defense programs.  After the Cold War and the events of September 11th, 2001, I returned to university for a degree in political science, which led to an interest in law.

I later interned at a public defender's office and learned that I loved to fight for the under-dog, practice the constitutional protections I defended in my earlier career, and to be in the courtroom.  From there I opened my criminal and dui defense practice.  Later, when the financial crisis occured in late 2008, I realized that home-owners required protection from banks and sophisticated investors seeking to take their property, sometimes after causing the very economic problems that made them become late on their payments.  So, i added foreclosure defense as a practice area.

Anytime an individual is pitted against a larger, more well-funded organization, a defense lawyer is required to help level that playing field.  I am that defense lawyer.
