David A. Brener has beem a criminal defense attorney for over 23 years. He has handled thousands of felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. He has had jury trials on a wide variety of criminal charges, from first degree capital murder to DUI. David Brener is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers and is one of a small percentage of attorneys in the State of Florida who is qualified to act as lead counsel in capital first degree murder cases. David Brener has tried aproximately one hundred and fifty (150) felony cases, including numerous cases in federal court. The Firm handles all state and federal crimes, including murder and other violent crimes, narcotics offenses, firearm and weapons charges, sex crimes, economic and white collar crimes, probation and supervised release violations, driving charges and DUI.
