I have 10 years experience in virtually every conceivable crime in state court. I have worked as a private attorney and as a public defender. I understand the system and can use that understanding to get you the best result possible.

Some attorneys are skillful at negotiating cases, some at motions, some at trial or appeal. I have done all of it, from the beginning through the appellate process and have had success at every level. I have tried over 200 cases. 20 of which were to a jury, and one of which was a month long Murder 1st degree case. I am not afraid to try your case and I have the experience to know when a case is winnable.

While the majority of my experience lies in Criminal, family, business and estate law, I am generally able to handle other areas of the law as well. If I don’t know, I will research and find out, if it is something I am not capable of doing, I do know lawyers in most every field of the law whom I trust and to whom I can refer you.
