Nate Kraut graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983. From 1983-1995, he served as a Senior Judicial Attorney for the California Court of Appeal. In 1995, Mr. Kraut went into private practice by starting a law firm that is devoted exclusively to civil appeals and writs. Mr. Kraut is certified as an Appellate Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Kraut also serves as a Mediator for the California Court of Appeal's Settlement Conference Program. Mr. Kraut is a member of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law Alumni Board of Governors.
