The Law Office of Byron V. Aldana is dedicated exclusively to providing Post Conviction Relief and Criminal Defense for the immigrant community. We are dedicated to providing aggressive Post Conviction Relief for the immigrant community at affordable, reasonable prices. Founded in 2006, the office is located in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles across from Belmont High School and adjacent to the Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center. The firm has made efforts to reach out to the community by providing low prices to non profit organizations that serve the immigrant connmunity. We do not have high overhead and we provide legal assistance at the grass roots level. Our office serves all of Los Angeles county, Orange county, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

A first generation immigrant, Byron V. Aldana migrated to the U.S. with his mother and brother at the age of 3 months. His mother, a single mother, worked strenuously as a seamstress for 26 years in the Garment Industry in downtown Los Angeles. Despite the difficult task of raising two sons on a meager income, his mother instilled the values of being an American and the importance of an education and hard work.
Consequently, Byron V. Aldana can identify with many of his clients and recognizes the struggles that families face when they come to a new country.
