We represent individuals across south Texas who have legitimate claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (the “DTPA”). Texas enacted the DTPA to provide incentives for businesses to engage in honest dealings with consumers. We also represent individuals and Small Businesses in contract disputes, negotiating agreements, and a variety of other business-related matters. Our Firm also assists individuals in setting up LLC’s and other business entities.
