Badmus Law Firm

I have focused my legal practice in the area of immigration law since 1993. Since that time, I have successfully processed hundreds of H1B, L1, E2, O1 and other temporary visas, J-1 two year foreign residency waiver applications for physicians, and permanent residence applications based upon labor certification, extraordinary ability aliens, national interest waivers, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers and executives. Ihave also helped bring and keep families together in family-based immigration cases. I love to speak to various groups and organizations on issues of immigration. I have published numerous articles on immigration and have authored a well-received book entitled “The Immigration Prescription: The Practical Guide to U.S. Immigration for Foreign Born Physicians.” To keep my clients well-informed about changing immigration laws that affect their businesses and livelihood, I conduct periodic seminars and teleseminars and publish various newsletters.

I began my career in 1989 at the commercial law firm of Ashby & Geddes located in the corporate capital of the United States, Wilmington, Delaware. There I helped numerous businesses to comply with corporate laws. I also also tried many cases regarding business issues. In 1993, I began my own private practice where I continued to concentrate on business law and expanded my practice to include immigration law. Since then, I have represented clients worldwide on a broad range of immigration issues. Since 1998, I focused my legal expertise exclusively on Immigration and Nationality law and in particular, have worked extensively with physicians, hospitals, and universities in immigration matters. I am licensed to practice in Texas and Delaware.
