Fabiola Jean-Gilles

Her career began at Legal Services helping the Williamsburg Community in New York State. She assisted clients in the area of Social Security Disability, Family Law and Immigration. She was involved in the First Drug Court initiated in Manhattan Family Court; representing children and parents in all aspects of Family Law. She later represented children and families in Drug Court in Queens, New York. During that period, her practice included Immigration, Social Security Disability, Real Estate Transactions, Trust and Estates, Personal Injury, Criminal Law and Bankruptcy.
Ms. Jean-Gilles has taught Continuing Legal Education courses in the area of Family Law to lay persons and attorneys. She has appeared on various radio and television programs regarding our Immigration Laws. She has been quoted in the New York Law Journal; written about immigration and has been cited by the newspaper, La Voce for her pro bono work with Day Laborers in Arizona. Most recently, she was interviewed by the Arizona Republic regarding Temporary Protected Status for Haitians.
