With over 36 years' experience, I am uniquely familiar with all facets of private and institutional mortgage lending and brokering.  My background includes substantive involvement in essentially every aspect of residential real estate financing from the individual loan application process to the management of large, federally insured financial institutions with extensive portfolios.  I am specifically qualified to discuss statutory compliance, underwriting, risk assessment, the loan application process, fraud, disclosure requirements, borrower behavior, agency saleable requirements, institutional portfolio issues, prime and sub-prime securitization issues, and industry standards of both institutional lenders and mortgage brokers or bankers in a wide variety of situations. 

I am uniquely familiar with the total residential mortgage and lending process.  I can track and analyze the expected industry standards for both lenders and mortgage brokers at each level.  Perhaps my most valuable experience/contribution is that I have been in the contemporary lending and mortgage banking industry from its inception, and have not only witnessed the changes, but understand why those changes occurred.
