MSA Records Administration:
We handle the required reporting for clients who have self-administered Medical Set-Aside Accounts. We take on the burden of accounting and record retention for their accounts and peparing the reports for the Centers for Medicare Services. Workers Compensation attorneys are able to recommend our services for their clients who may need assistance with the accounting and reporting requirements of these type of annuity fed accounts. Since we do not handle any negotiations for these type of settlements we have no conflict of interest with the administrating or record retention tasks. Also, for this reason our fees are very reasonable for our clients.
Legal Research & Writing:
Our main focus in this area is to be available for those who are not sure if they need to hire counsel for their particular issue. We work with them to get to the heart of their concerns and then perform the necessary legal research that applies before writing out our findings. These findings are then used by the clients to decide if they have the need to pursure legal measures with their case. In most situations, the client will then be able to make an informed decision. In the rare situation that we cannot research to an absolute answer for them, we then recommend that they meet for a consultation with an attorney in the specific pertinent field and submit our research thus far.
